open the sign in psp as a new layer resize if you like and place in the middle of

the canavs add a drop shadow of choice to it take the magic wand and click inside

the sign paste the bg as a new layer and place on the selected area invert and hit

delete dont deselect yet paste the wire over the selected area and hit delete select

none add a drop shadow to the wire

paste a paper of choice as a new layer place below all layers add a mask of choice

to it merge group the mask layer paste a tube of choice as a new layer place to your

liking add a drop shadow of choice to it paste one of the motorcycles as a new layer

resize add a drop shadow of choice to it duplicate and place at the sides of the tube

paste the metal plate,ticket and a ribbon of choice as a new layer resize add a drop

shadow of choice to them all and place to your liking paste the screw one of the charms,

rose and one of the diamonds as new layer resize add a drop shadow of choice to them

duplicate and place these to your liking add any other elements from the kit if you like

crop and resize the tag add your name copyrite info your credit if happy save as png
