open a new canvas 700x700 white we can crop and resize later

open the wire in psp paste as a new layer resize to yoru liking duplicate

and place side by side add drop shadow of choice to them paste a tube

of choice as new layer and place to your liking adding a drop shadow of

choice to it

paste one of the motorcycles as a new layer resize and place to your liking

add a drop shadow of choice to it paste one of the word arts as a new layer

place where you like add a drop shadow of choice paste the studs,screw and

one of the glitters as a new layer resize duplicate as many as you like and place

these to your liking

paste the metal plate as a new layer resize add a drop shadow of choice and place

where you like paste a rose beads as new layers resize duplicate add a drop shadow

of choice and place where you like paste a paper of choice as a new layer place below

all layers and add a mask of choice to it merge group the mask layer add any other

elements of choice if you like crop and resize the tag add your name copyrite info
