FONT USED WILL AND GRACE

open a 700x700 white canvas we can crop and resize later

paste the film strip as a new layer resize to your liking and place

in the middle of the canvas take the magic wand and click inside

the film strip modify expand by 3 and paste a paper of choice over

the selected area invert and hit delete select none move below the

film strip

add a drop shadow of choice to the film strip paste a tube of choice as

a new layer add a drop shadow of choice and place to your liking paste one

of the fetish wordarts as a new layer resize to your liking if you like and place

on top of the film strip behind the tube layer add a drop shadow of choice to it

paste the sparkles as a new layer and place behind the tube layer paste pink and

blue signs as new layers resize to your liking add a drop shadow of choice to them

paste the lips as a new layer resize to your liking i colorised mine duplicate as many

as you like and arrange to your liking

paste the handcuffs and whip as new layers resize and place to your liking paste a

bow of choice as a new layer resize add a drop shadow of choice duplicate and place

these to your liking paste any other elements of choice to the tag add some text to it

if you like crop and resize the tag add your name copyrite info your credit if happy

save as png
