open the canvas in psp delete the © layer resize if you like paste the

word art as a new layer and place over the circle layer resize if you like

and place to your liking add a drop shadow of choice to it paste a tube

of your choice as a new layer and place where you like add a drop shadow

of choice to it

paste one of the splatter as a new layer resize duplicate as many as you

like and colorise to your liking and place where you like pate the wax seal

star chain,bow of choice one of the key chains as a new layer resize add a

drop shadow of choice to them all and place where you like

paste the music notes one of the hearts and one of the lips as new layers

add a drop shadow of choice duplicate and place where you like paste any

other elements from the kit if you like crop and resize the tag add your name

copyrite info your credit if happy save as png
