ELEMENTS OF CHOICE I USED SOME FROM MINE AND VICKIE

F.T.U KIT PINK ROCK FROM HERE

open template in psp and image canvas and set to 700x700

delete the copyrite layer paste a tube of choice and place to

you liking add a drop shadow of choice to it click on the smaller circle

layer select all float-defloat and paste a tube of choice over the

selected area invert and hit delete select none drop the opacity

to around 40-50 or what ever suits you

colorize all the layers to your liking click on the larger circle layer

duplicate and on the original layer adjust blur-Gaussian blur with a

radius of 20-30 and make sure its below all layers add a drop shadow

of choice to all layers

add some elements of choice if you like and arrange to your liking

crop and resize the tag add your name copyright info your credit

if happy save as png
