open a 700x700 white canvas we can crop and resize later

paste element 15 as anew layer and place in the middle of

the canvas paste your tube of choice and place over element

15 resize the element to fit the tube then merge them both

together add a drop shadow of choice to the merged layer

duplicate 2 times and rotate 1 to the left by 10 and the other

to the right by 10 also move them into place

paste elements 81,71,74 and 26 as new layers resize to your liking

add a drop shadow of choice to them and place to your liking on the tag

paste elements 54,5,79 and 58 as new layers resize these your liking

add a drop shadow of choice to them and arrange how you like on the

tag paste element 33 as a new layer resize and place to your liking

add any other elements from the kit if you like crop and resize the tag

add your name copyright info your credit if happy save as png
