THIS TUTORIAL WAS WRITTEN FOR THOSE

THAT HAVE A WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF PSP.

SUPPLIES NEEDED

PSP 9 (ANY VERSION WILL WORK)

TUBE OF CHOICE

I USED ARTWORK BY ISMAEL RAC YOU CAN GET A LICENCE HERE

TEMPLATE 96 BY YVETTE WHICH YOU CAN GET HERE

MASK OF CHOICE

CLOUD OF CHOICE

open the template in psp and go to image-canvas size and set it

to 700 x700 then delete the © layer paste your tube of choice as

a new layer and place to your liking add a drop shadow of choice

to it then colorize all the layers to your liking take the selection tool

and make a selection on one of the stars copy it and select none and

paste as a new layer duplicate as many as you like and arrange to

to your liking

add a new layer fill with a colour of choice place below all layers and

add a mask of choice to it merge group the mask layer some sparkles

to it and add some to the other layers if you like some text if you like

and place to your liking paste a cloud of choice as a new layer resize

duplicate as many as you like and place these around the text layer

add any thing else you want add your name copyright info your credit

if happy save as png
