PSP 9 (ANY VERSION WILL WORK)

TUBE OF CHOICE

SCRAP KIT BY MYSELF WE ALL CAN SHINE WHICH YOU CAN GET PURCHASE FROM MY BLOG

open a 700x700 white canvas we can crop and resize later

paste frame 2 from the kit resize if you like and place in the

middle of the canvas add a drop shadow of choice to it take

the magic wand and click inside the frame modify expand by 3

and paste a paper from the over the selected area invert and

hit delete select none and move below the frame

 

paste your tube of choice and a new layer and place under the

frame duplicate the tube and on the original layer go to adjust-blur

Gaussian blur with a radius of 3 then on the duplicated layer change the

blend mode to screen or a blend mode of choice

 

paste one of the stars as a new layer resize to your liking add a drop shadow

of choice duplicate and place these under all layers at the bottom paste the

umberella,one of the sticks and the book as new layers resize to your liking add

drop shadow of choice and arrange to your liking on the tag

 

paste the swirl bling as a new layer resize to your liking add a drop shadow

of choice duplicate and place these on the sides of the frame at the bottom

paste the rainbow as a new layer resize and place below the tube and drop

the opacity to around 45 paste 2 of the sparkles, the hanging lights and the

sparkle swirl as new layers resize to your liking and place under the frame

layer to your liking

 

add any other elements from the kit if you like crop and resize the tag add your

name copyright info your credit if happy save as png
