THAT HAVE A WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF PSP.

SUPPLIES NEEDED

PSP 9 (ANY VERSION WILL WORK)

TUBE OF CHOICE

I USED ARTWORK BY ISMAEL RAC YOU CAN GET A LICENCE HERE

TEMPLATE 10 BY MYSELF WHICH YOU CAN GET HERE

FONT USED INSPIRATION

 

open the template in psp resize it all if its to big for you

colorize all the layers to your liking click on the rectangle

layer select all float-defloat and paste a tube of choice over

the selected area invert and hit delete select none and add

a filters of choice to it I used xero-radiance and changed the blend mode

to luminance add a drop shadow of choice to it

 

 

do the same again to the other to rectangles at either side and add

the filters again then duplicate each of the rectangles and click on the

originals and rotate 3 to the left/right

 

click on the circle layer duplicate and on the original layer adjust-blur

Gaussian blur with a radius of 10-20 click on the small stars and add some

noise to them then add a drop shadow of choice to them click on the thin

strips and add a filter of choice to them add a drop shadow of choice to

them all

 

add anything else you like to the tag crop and resize add your name copyright

info your credit if happy save as png
